Attempt Theft- Belleville, Ontario

At 3:15 pm on the 30^th of May, Belleville Police Service responded to a call of an attempt theft at a Front Street address. An adult male was apprehended by a citizen while caught attempting to break into a vehicle. The 43 year old male is charged with attempt theft and breach probation, he is being held for a bail hearing on the 31^st of May 2013.
