Attempt Break and Enter/Mischief
Belleville, Ontario ? On 29 May, 2010 at 12:22 p.m., police attended at a residence on Burton Street in response to a complaint of a break and enter. The resident reported that sometime between midnight and 7:00 a.m. unknown person(s) removed a screen from a window. No entry was gained.
Impaired Operation of Motor Vehicle
Belleville, Ontario ? On 29 May, 2010 at 3:00 p.m., police were alerted to a vehicle that was driving into Belleville from Prince Edward County. This vehicle was observed to be driving east on Dundas Street and then onto Albert Street at excessive speeds. The vehicle was eventually stopped on Albert Street. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested for impaired driving. Steven Loveless (42 years of Belleville) has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceeding 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood and will appear in Provincial court on 24 June, 2010.
Mischief(s) to vehicle(s)
Belleville, Ontario ? On 29 May, 2010 residents from Sara Court and Lane Ave reported to police that unknown person(s) damaged their vehicles by slashing the rear driver's tire of the gold Subaru from Sara Court. Then on Lane Ave a black Toyota was keyed all the way around the vehicle and all 4 tires were slashed.
Break and Enter
Belleville, Ontario ? On 29 May, 2010 between 8:00 p.m. and 11:45 p.m., unknown person(s) forced entry into a residence on Valleyview Crescent and stole electronics. This investigation is ongoing.
Belleville, Ontario ? On 29 May, 2010 between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., unknown person(s) forced entry into a residence within 334 Dundas Street East. The culprits stole a variety of electronics along with a stamp collection and unique home decor items. This investigation is ongoing.
