Motor Vehicle Collisions
Belleville, Ontario – On October 30th, 2012, between 7:15 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., Police attended at 12 accident scenes.
At 2:06 p.m., Police attended a single vehicle rollover on Casey Road as a truck had struck a hydro pole. The driver required medical attention for minor injuries. The driver, an 18 year old Belleville man, was charged with Careless Driving.
Arrested on Sudbury warrants
Belleville, Ontario – On October 30th, 2012, at 4:45 p.m., Police attended at the Belleville bus terminal looking for a fugitive from Sudbury, Ontario. The 20 year old male was located and arrested without incident. He remains in custody awaiting an escort from the Greater Sudbury Police Service.
Disturbances
Belleville, Ontario – On October 30th, 2012, at 5:45 p.m., Police attended on Turnbull St. in relation to a disturbance. A 55 year old Belleville woman was arrested under the Trespass to Property Act for failing to leave premises when directed.
At 7:30 p.m., Police received several calls about a disturbance on Emily St. Two people were taken into custody. A 46 year old Belleville woman was charged with two counts of breach of an undertaking. She will appear in court on November 19th, 2012. A 48 year old Belleville man was arrested under the Trespass to Property Act for failing to leave premises when directed.
