Fraudulent rental ads

Belleville, Ontario – On December 30th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., a property owner called to advise that her home that was listed for sale was also listed for rent by unknown persons. The internet site for the rental ad shows a picture of the home. The ad is requesting a $1000.00 deposit, and the rent is listed at $1000.00 a month.
