Belleville, Ontario ? On December 4, 2009, at 7:30 p.m., officers were called to a west end residence regarding a male causing a disturbance. A 38 year old Belleville man was arrested on outstanding warrants for Sexual Assault held by the Belleville Police Service. He was detained in custody for a Bail hearing.
