Breach of the Peace

At approximately 11:55 pm on May 4, 2009 police were called to a Catharine Street residence to investigate a report that an intoxicated female had left the home driving her vehicle. Upon arrival officers found that the male caller was intoxicated and that after a dispute with the female, he called police to lodge the complaint.
