Breach of Undertaking and Breach of Recognizance

Belleville, Ontario On Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 1:14 am, police observed a vehicle being driven erratically in the area of Moira and Pinnacle. Police conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle on North front Street and investigation revealed that two of the occupants of the vehicle were currently before the courts and on certain conditions not to consume alcohol and to obey a curfew. As a result, a 20 year old male from Stirling, Ontario was charged with Breach of Undertaking and given a court date in December 2012. The second male, 20 years old from Frankford, Ontario, was charged with Breach of Recognizance x 2 and is being held for a bail hearing.
