Break and Enters
Belleville, Ontario ? On 5 November, 2010 at 2:02 a.m., police attended at a business on Station Street in response to an alarm. It was discovered that the culprit(s) gained entry by throwing a rock at a window. Police searched the area and shortly after located a male that has since been charged with one count of Break, Enter and Theft. Kenneth Ferguson (28 years) of Belleville and will appear in Provincial Court on 9 December, 2010.

Belleville, Ontario ? On 4 November, 2010 at 7:39 a.m., police attended at a business on Adam Street in response to a complaint of a break and enter that occurred sometime between 5:00 p.m. on 3 November, 2010 and 7:30 a.m. on 4 November, 2010. The employee reported that unknown person(s) smashed the front window of the business to gain entry and stole money. This investigation is ongoing.

Belleville, Ontario ? On 4 November, 2010 at., police attended at Tim Horton's on Highway 62 in response to a complaint of theft. The employee reported that between 10:22 p.m. and 11:28 p.m. on 3 November, 2010, two males entered a freezer located at the rear of the business and stole several cases of food product.
The first suspect is described as white male 5'11? to 6'0? tall, heavy set, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and white/black running shoes. This male had a beard.
The second male is described as white 5'10? to 6'0? tall, a medium build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with "PUMA? across the chest, grey jeans and work boots.
