Belleville Ontario- On the 6th February 2013 at 121pm, police attended a residence on Cannifton Road regarding a domestic disturbance. Upon further investigation police discovered an 18 year male was in contravention of previous bail conditions. The male was arrested and charged with a breach his release conditions and will have a court appearance in late February.
