Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking
Belleville, Ontario ? On 7 October, 2010 at 2:51 p.m., police observed a male driving a truck while using a handheld device. Upon this vehicle being stopped an investigation under the Controlled Drug and Substance Act commenced. The driver of this vehicle has been charged with Possession of the Purpose of Schedule II Substance and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. Leslie Johnson (53 years) of Belleville will appear in Provincial Court on 18 November, 2010.

Possession of Break In Instruments/ Attempt Break and Enter
Belleville, Ontario ? On 8 October, 2010 at 1:59 a.m., police were called to the rear of a strip mall on Dundas Street East in response to a complaint of a possible break and enter in progress. Investigation of this incident led to the arrest of a 15 year old male for Break and Enter with Intent to commit an Indictable Offence, Breach of Undertaking and Possession of Break In Instruments. This male will appear in Provincial Court on 8 October, 2010 at 2:30 for a bail hearing. The Youth Criminal Justice Act prohibits the release of the name of the youth.
