Break & Enter - (same business two nights in a row)

Belleville, Ontario ? On April 8, 2010, a business owner on Front Street reported a Break & Enter her business. The entry occurred sometime after midnight on the 8th. Suspects gained entry through a roof vent and once inside thieves stole a lap top.

On April 9, 2010, at 340 a.m. suspects broke into the same business as the night before. Entry was gained through the heating vent on the roof top. Numerous electronics, including 50 video games, 3 XBOX 360 consoles, and 3 PSP hand held game consoles were taken. Both Break & Enters are currently under investigation.

Mischief to Property

Belleville, Ontario ? On April 9, 2010, at 3:15 a.m., a homeowner on Frank Street reported suspects threw a large rock through his ground floor window. Two males were last seen running south on Frank Street. One suspect was wearing a white tank top and blue jeans and the second male was wearing a black hoodie pulled up over his head. Both were seen running through the tunnel towards Moira Street.

Impaired Driving, Drugs & Breach of Probation

Belleville, Ontario ? On April 9, 2010, at approximately 2:15 a.m., an officer on patrol observed a vehicle being driven erratically on North Front Street. The vehicle was stopped by the officer and as he approached, the driver ?fell from the vehicle'. The driver showed obvious signs of intoxication and was arrested for driving while impaired.

The driver was transported to the Belleville Police Service where he was found to be in possession of Marihuana. It was also discovered that the suspect was on several conditions some of which included non consumption or possession of alcohol and drugs.

Marshal HARRISON, 28 years old, from Bloomfield was charged with Impaired Driving, Fail to Provide Breath Sample, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and 3 counts of Breach of Probation. HARRISON was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in May 2010.
