Liquor violations in the Drive-through
Belleville, Ont. - On June 9, 2009, at 5:00 p.m., officers responded to the drive-through of a fast food outlet on North. Front St. in relation to passengers drinking beer in a pick-up truck. The vehicle was located and two passengers were relieved of their open beer.
A 42 year old Belleville man was issued a Provincial offences Notice for Consuming Liquor in Other than Licenced Premises or Residence?. An 18 year old Belleville man was issued a ticket for ?Under 19 years ? Consume Liquor?.
Belleville, Ont. - On June 9, 2009, at 5:15 p.m., Police attended at Walmart in relation to a female shoplifter. A 44 year old Belleville woman was charged under the Trespass to Property Act.
Numerous Traffic Citations
Belleville, Ont. - On June 9, 2009, at 7:45 p.m., a vehicle was stopped on Murney St. The driver, a 48 year old Belleville man, was charged with several traffic offences including: Unauthorized Licence Plates and Failing to Surrender Permit. His vehicle was towed.
Arrested on warrants
Belleville, Ont. - On June 9, 2009, at 11:00 p.m., a 41 year old Bancroft man was arrested on outstanding warrants from the year 2000. The charges included Impaired Driving, Refusal, Drive while prohibited, and two counts of Fail to Appear in Court. He was held in custody awaiting a Bail hearing on June 10th, 2009.
