September 18, 2020 The Belleville Police Service responded to 83 calls for service from September 17th, 2020 at 5:00 a.m. to September 18th, 2020 at 5:00 a.m. Theft / Trespass Belleville, ON – September 17th, 2020 - 1:20 p.m. City Police were dispatched to Canadian Tire on Bell Blvd in regards to a male shoplifter.  Police arrived on scene and were advised that the suspect was seen trying to remove valve caps and automobile air fresheners from the store without paying.  Police charged a 43-year-old man and Belleville resident for Engaging in Unlawful Activity under the Ontario Trespass to Property

September 17, 2020 Belleville Police Service responded to 75 calls for service from the 16th of September 2020 at 5:00 a.m. to the 17th of September 2020 at 5:00 a.m. Suspended Drivers Belleville ON - On the 16th of September 2020 at 8:00 a.m., a Belleville Police officer conducted a traffic stop in the west end of the city.  A check of the driver confirmed that he was a suspended driver.  The 51-year-old driver was charged with driving while suspended and released with an October court date.
