Warrants- On the 24th July 2016 at 1930 hours police attended a charlotte street address to deal with a disturbance. At the conclusion of the call a 56 year old Belleville man was arrested on outstanding warrants held by Quinte West for theft under $5000. The male was released approximately an hour later, and members of the Bellevillle Police Service responded to a domestic call at the same address on Charlotte street. The same 56 year old Belleville man was arrested again, this time for assault and uttering threats. There were no injuries to any of the parties. The male was held for a show cause hearing , to be held today at 1:00 pm


Disturbance – On the 25th July 2016 at 1215 am police attended the area of Tripp BLVD regarding an unruly male causing problems. Upon police arrival a resident of the neighborhood had a 42 year old Belleville man pinned on the ground . He was holding him until police got there. Police arrested the 42 year old male for public intoxication .
