Break and Enter

Belleville, On – On 13 May, 2017 at approximately 6 p.m., police received a report of a residential break and enter from Bay Drive, Belleville.  It was reported to police that unknown person(s) forced entry into the home via a window.  The culprits stole jewelry and gift cards.

Police are reminding the public to report any suspicious activity or persons.


Recovered Stolen Vehicle

Belleville, On – On 12 May, 2017 at approximately 0134 a.m., police received a report of a stolen Nissan Altima from a parking lot on North Front Street.  Later on 12 May, 2017 officers while on patrol observed the vehicle on Bleecker Ave..

Investigation of this incident resulted in a 35 year old male being arrested.  This male has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Breach of Probation, Weapons Dangerous, Concealed Weapon and Possession of Cocaine and will be held for a bail hearing.


Death Threats

Belleville, On – On 13 May, 2017 at approximately 0300 a.m. police responded to a residence on Moira St. West due to a complaint of a male being threatened.  Investigation of this complaint resulted in 48 year old Belleville male being arrested and charged with Assault with a Weapon, Uttering Death Threats and Carry Concealed Weapon.  Ronald Nolan is schedule to appear in Provincial Court on Thursday 22 June, 2017.
