Belleville, Ontario – On the 21st of February 2019, Belleville Police can confirm that Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Branch have laid charges against the accused in this matter.
Fredrick Gordon Howes - 49 years old of Belleville has been charged with one count of first degree murder and one count of Breach of Recognizance. Howes is being held for a bail hearing on today’s date at 1pm.
Police are still working on locating next of kin of the victim. His name will not be released at this time.
