Belleville, ON – On January 19th 2020 at 6:24 a.m., city police were called to a Dundas Street East residence for a well-being check on a person.  A caller to police reported that there was a male at the location who was on conditions not to communicate with named individuals, or be within 300 meters of the where the people resided.
