Motor Vehicle Collision.                                          

Belleville Ont, At 853 hrs an E/B vehicle crossed the center line in front of the Belleville Police service and sruck a W/B vehicle head on. Both vehicles were demolished. There were minor injuries. The E/B vehicles driver was charged with careless driving.

Traffic Enforcement

Belleville Ont, At 1125 am officers on foot patrol observed a vehicle speeding on Front St. Officers stopped the vehicle and further investigation indicated that the driver was suspended. The driver was also on a recognizance to not operate a motor vehicle. Kevin Lucas was charged with driving while suspended and Breach of Recognizance. He was released on Promise to Appear with a court date in February.
