Traffic Stop leads to Charges

Belleville ON- On 27 June 2021, at 9:45 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Herchimer Avenue. Police spoke with the 17-year-old driver from Belleville who police learned was driving without a licence, insurance, and he was not using the proper plates for the vehicle. The driver was issued a summons to attend court on 11 August 2021, and his vehicle was towed.

Mischief to Food Truck

Belleville ON- On 27 June 2021 at 6:30 p.m., police attended a food truck located at Zwicks Park. Police were advised that the unknown suspect(s) had damaged a window on the truck in an apparent attempt to gain entry sometime overnight on June 26/27. Anyone with information is asked to call the Belleville Police Service.
