Arrest on Warrants

Belleville Ont, On 2 May 2018 at 600 pm Belleville Police were contacted by the Toronto Police and advised they had arrested 2 wanted people for Theft Under 5000.00 dollars. Officers travelled to Toronto and returned with 20 yr old Toronto man Fernando Sardaru, and 20 yr old female Elisabeta Bita . The charges stem from an incident that occurred on 11 April 2018. They were observed on camera stealing merchandise from a local business. They were identified and warrants sworn for their arrest. They were held for bail hearings on 3 May 2018.
