The Belleville Police Service responded to 62 calls for service from October 9th, 2020 at 5:00 a.m. to October 10th, 2020 at 5:00 a.m.

Arrested on Warrants

Belleville, ON – On October 9th 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Police were called to an area near downtown for a report of multiple persons consuming illicit drugs. When officers located the group, they recognized a male known to them. A check of the male revealed he was wanted on outstanding warrants for Fraud Under $5000, Fail to Comply with Probation and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. 23-year-old Bradley Hamilton-Proud of Belleville was arrested and taken back to The Belleville Police Station where he was held for a show cause hearing on the 10th of October 2020.

Belleville, ON – On the 9th of October 2020, at approximately 11:25 p.m., police attended a North end location for a report of a neighbour dispute. After speaking to the involved parties, police were made aware that one of them was wanted on outstanding warrants for Fail to Comply with Court Order, Fail to Appear for Court and Possession of a Scheduled Substance. 31-year-old Kyle Balfour was arrested and held for a show cause hearing on the 10th of October 2020.
