The Belleville Police responded to 64 calls for service between 5:00 a.m. on 13 Oct 2020 and 5:00 a.m. on 14 Oct 2020.

Theft

Belleville ON, On 13 Oct 2020 at 1:35 p.m. police attended at an address on Taylor Court. They received information that the complainant had left his wallet in his vehicle. Sometime overnight an unknown suspect entered the vehicle and took the wallet. A credit card was later used to buy 65.00 dollars of gas. Police are attempting to locate the suspect and the investigation is continuing.

Missing Person

Belleville, ON - On the 13th of Oct 2020 at 10:50 p.m. Police attended an address on Hinchy Dr. in relation to a missing 14-year-old old female. Jayla Cook was last seen at approx. 10:00 a.m. at East Side Secondary School in Belleville. It was reported that she did not attend her afternoon classes and did not come home. Jayla is a white female, 110 lbs, shoulder length straight brown hair and an ankle tattoo of a cross. She was last seen wearing white Adidas shoes, blue jeans, a grey Disneyland zippered hoodie, and a black back pack. If you have any information please contact the Belleville Police Service.
