On January 11^th 2022 at 4:30 pm Belleville Police conducted a traffic stop on Tracey Street Belleville, Ontario. The driver of the motor vehicle was unable to provide any valid insurance for the vehicle.  As a result, the owner of the vehicle, a 42-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident was charged with allowing operation of a motor vehicle on a highway with no current contract of insurance. The owner was given a January 31^st court date
